1. Overview & Data Ownership

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of data by the org-assistant organizational assistant operated for allusio. All data processed remains the sole property of allusio.

2. Google User Data Policy Compliance

The application strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

Limited Purpose: Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (Google Chat, Google Meet, Gmail) is strictly utilized to provide user-facing assistant features requested by allusio.
Zero Model Training: Workspace data is never used to train generalized or third-party artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Zero Advertising Transfer: User data is never transferred, leased, or sold to advertising networks, data brokers, or information resellers.
Human Inaccessibility: Human review of customer data is prohibited except where explicitly authorized by allusio administrators to resolve critical technical defects.

3. Data Retention & Perimeter Isolation

The service runs within dedicated, network-isolated compute environments. Inbound traffic from public networks is blocked, and data ephemeral in transit is retained only as long as necessary to complete requested cognitive summaries and responses.
